North Dakota:

Montana Eastern (Great Northern) bridge over Yellowstone River near Fairview, MT.  Now listed on the Register of Historic Places, this bridge was to be GN's second mainline across Montana.  Cartwright Tunnel shown above was North Dakota's only railroad tunnel (wood lined) and is found immediately after crossing the bridge.  July 2003 photo by Lindsay Korst.
