Engines not permitted on industry tracks at: Anacortes, Puget Sound Mill & Lumber Co. log dump trestle Anacortes Canning Co. spur track Sedro-Woolley, Skagit Steel & Iron Works north spur If necessary to set out or pick up on these tracks hold on to enough cars as reachers. 5.....CLEARANCE PROVISIONS AND EXCEPTIONS RULE 83(B).
